We're here to make the process of meeting your responsibilities as easy as possible.  Deal with us direct - we are fully authorised to make the repairs and we will arrange a courtesy car for you.

Ongoing servicing & maintenance...

Whilst you are the registered driver of the car, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is serviced according to the manufacturers schedule, that it is MOT'd and in a roadworthy condition.  Any mechanical faults or cosmetic damage must be rectified as soon as possible.

Before you return the car to the lease company...

There is an industry agreed policy document that details what the lease car company can reasonably expect from the driver regarding the condition of a car being returned at the end of a lease.  We recommend that 10 weeks before your lease is up, that you return the car to us so we can ensure that it is in a condition that will mean that you have fulfilled your obligations as a driver.

Whilst you drive the car

As part of 1Link services we have the ability to service your car for you. We also carry a small fleet of courtesy cars that are available for when your car is with us having its service. So please call to book your car in on 0121 472 3848.

We have been advised by the insurance broker that accident repairs should be reported as soon as possible and claim forms are either available from our resources for lease drivers section or if you prefer from the garage.

Before the car is returned
