| Repair Standards |
|
At Hollier & Sons we understand that there has been a vast amount of time invested in a vehicle from its concept stage through design and manufacturing and the final product in the dealership saleroom. We also come across an array of different repair standards in our workshops of vehicles that have being repaired elsewhere. That is why we strive to achieve a like new repair standard one that even the keenest of eyes struggles to find.
We pride ourselves in the return to pre accident condition of the cars we work on and unlike some accident repair shops we dedicate one of our experienced accident repairers to undertake the repair from start to finish (with the only exception to this being the painting process), this ensures we achieve a high rebuild quality for both the trim and panel work whilst also achieving the highest paint finish. We also only use original equipment parts to ensure that the look, feel and performance of each component achieve the manufacturers original design specification for the job. We have worked closely with our paint supplier to ensure we have a product that performs like your cars original paint. For colour matching we have a computer controlled mixing facility that can mix to within a tenth of a litre (ensuring we minimise waste wherever possible). When performing a repair we also paint the next panel to the repair (blend) which ensures you don't see any colour variations between new and old paint. Our aim is to get each part of the repair process completed right first time and in a timely manner as putting it right at the end of the process just adds additional cost, we work towards minimising any rework but also understand if there is a problem we will sort it out giving you peace of mind that your vehicle is being repaired to the best possible standard. |
