We carry out free bodyshop estimates for customers and are happy to work with your insurance company. We can normally complete an estimate whilst you wait but it is usually advisable to call or email to make an appointment (please see opening times). We use Glassmatix software as our preferred estimating system and find it to be well recognised with all of the insurance company assessors.  This also ensures we are working to an accurate and recognised standard.  This enables us to combine our vast experience in automotive repair whilst using a database system to accurately provide panel repair times, paint and component costs ensuring we achieve a speedy approval to repairing your car.

Is your insurance pushing you to use their repairer?

If you have been involved in an accident and you would like us to carry out the repair work, remember you have the authority as the customer to insist to your insurance company where you would like the repairs to be carried out. We give a full guarantee on the repair and only use original equipment parts, we have a small number of courtesy cars available if required.
